Areas of Expertise

I've worked with all ages, all genders, and many different nutrition conditions. My passion is helping support folks in eating in a way to feel good mentally and physically. I started my private practice in 2019. While seeing clients privately I have worked in clinical setting as a dietitian in both eating disorder clinics and hospitals. 

Disordered Eating

Improving your relationship with food can be a daunting task. Disordered eating has no "look" and many don't see the struggle. We're here to help you start working through this. 

Binge Eating 

Binge eating is the most common eating disorder. Many people feel overwhelmed by shame, and don't ask for help. Whether in a facilitated group, or one on one session we want to make you feel comfortable getting the support you deserve. 

Sustainable Changes 

Diets don't work. It's not a you problem, they're designed to fail.  We'll work together to find realistic changes that stick and meet your goals. 

ADHD and nutrition 

ADHD can add complex layers to eating. Food can often get deprioritized until hunger becomes unbearable.  ADHD medications can often further complicate nutrition due to decrease in appetite. We have worked with many clients in finding ways to support more balanced nutrition.
