"I've never worked with a dietitian"

So many folks are nervous about being judged the first time the see a dietitan.
Here's what you can expect

Judgement free care

I can only help if I know what's going on. It can be scary sharing your eating habit, and even scarier to change them. My main goal is to help you make changes YOU want to make. Sometimes it can take time to be ready. I'll help gently support and guide you to the readiness.

Evidence Based Care

Unlike social media influencers, dietitians help you decipher the nutrition information you hear, and focus on where the science and practicality meet.

Acknowledgement of Capacity

One of the biggest barriers to making nutrition changes can be capacity, busy life, kids, school, etc. We'll focus on finding ways to make changes within your life and support lifestyle changes that are within your capacity.

A note on trauma, neurodiversity, and LGBTQIA

Danielle works hard to provide a welcoming and supportive environment for all clients. There may be times when things goals take longer, or sessions pivot due to the day's event.   She has experience working with many clients with trauma as well as trans and nonbinary clients. As practicioners, Danielle believes we are always learning and growing to meet the evolving needs of clients.
